Today,we had such a good day together with two expert man in their career.Thanks a lot to Miss Marina and the organizer,AMD4A.A big clap to them.yaehhh!hehe.We are quit intrested with this forum since the beginning they introduced this to us because one of our team,Jun Nazlia Hilwa wants to be a lwayer oneday.Insyaalah.So this is an introduction to her to be a lawyer like Mr bob also Mr karpal Singh!:)
Even we are late but we still get the closer set to the speaker.During this session,we had ask a few question that we curious about and we got the answer already!Even some question are quit "boring" but both speaker still answearing our question.

intoduction to Law
On 6july 2010 im still remember.. this is the first class we are attend for subject law 254.. Very palpitation it is because this is class law,and actually we are not very famous what actually law is. so everyone have a same feeling like us.. In the first class we are asking by miss Marina what we are know about law...
All of us just quiet and not aswering her question.. she is smile and said dont afraid,just answer... Then we are trying to answer... For us law is something that we should obey.it is rules and regulation to control human activities.Law is a guideline to the people in country and many thing..
In the first class also we are learn about the function of law.. Law is something that which must be followed by citizen. the sound is like very important. Of course it is very important.. Thats why have a function of law..
First the function of law is as platform for human cooperation.. its means when have a law,it can be a way for a people to cooperation each other especially regarding with a public matter. For instace when have someone to make any agreement,so in our country have a law then the we will follow the procedure to make it.. such as law of contract.
Another function of law is as medium of dispute resolution. It is means, when the chaous happen , it can be settel by use the power of law. So when have any dispute happen between person and person, individual and state,state and state,country and country..it can be settel smoothly and easily if followed the real procedure. For example in our country have dispute about Pulau Batu putih at Johor.. it is dispute between the Johore and Singapore.. An existing of law also can maintain the peaceful in the country. So if have a people who will make a problems.For example if have one group make demonstrasi that will give menace to country , so law will take action and give punishment towrds them,for instance.. From that we can see the important of law..

~History of "Anak Bangsa"~
Assalamualaikum..
First of all,we would like to praise Syukur to ALLAH because finally we had created our Law245 blog.This is something new introduced by our lec, Miss Marina to us created own blog as a assigment.This is very intresting assigment because all of us must cooperate and involve each other to get good respond and feedback.Sounds like it's easy to be done but the reality is when there are no cooperation between other,it can't be done succesfully.
Our mission towards this blog are we want to ensure all blogger can understand and have sense of realise what actually the do and the dont's that must we obey.Beside,we will update whatever we had discuss in classed or any new information that we thing is something new to be know.But,all this is about Law and ofcourse it's related with our Federal Constitution.
